July has been hot hot hot here in North Carolina with lots of 100 degree days! But I am thankful there is no flooding or tornados like some other parts of the country.
  
WATER
Even though I know better, I was not drinking enough water and after having heart palpitations for three weeks, decided to go to the doctor and the doctors assistant after talking to me, told me that she felt I was dehydrated!!!!How embarrassing! Here I am thinking I must be getting  a heart attack or something and to find out that it is dehydration!  I do not like the taste of the water here in North Carolina and so it has been an effort for me to drink it.Having the water department send out water updates that there is some chemical that is too high at the moment in the water, does not build my confidence that the water here is safe to drink.  If you are suspicious of your water supply, you can add a few drops of Young Living’s therapeutic-grade essential oil of lemon or peppermint to your water, or get a filter.
