Eight years of using Young Living essential oils and supplements, at the first sign of some dis-ease in my body, I use one of my oils or supplements. If for some reason, I don’t get some relief, then I go to the doctor and get a diagnosis and then see again what oils or supplements would help. If none helps, them I occasionally would use a prescription drug.
  
I really think this is how we should be supporting our bodies in this journey through life  and not waiting to find out we have some major disease and then having to subject ourselves to so much fear and medication.

Recipe of the month

NingXia Red Sorbet
  • ½ c. water
  • ¼ c. agave
  • 2 c. NingXia Red®
  • 2 12-oz. bags frozen raspberries
  • 1 orange
In a small sauce pan, simmer Blue Agave and water for 1–2 minutes or until agave mixes easily with the water. Set aside to cool slightly. In a blender, puree NingXia Red and one bag of raspberries. Transfer mixture into a metal bowl and stir in the zest of half the orange. Next, squeeze half the orange into the mixture. Place agave and water mixture into blender along with the remaining bag of raspberries and puree. If mixture becomes too thick, simply add a cup of the mixture in the bowl. Pour into bowl and fold in until well mixed. Place in freezer and freeze for two hours. Serves 12–15.

I found this on Facebook , immediately ordered their book and was not disappointed. It gives in a small book (ll4 pages) the basic principles of creating the life that you want .It covers  the importance of being aware and correcting our negative thinking patterns, the use of affirmations to keep us on track,how to listen to your divine inspiration and much more.Definitely worth a read if  you are feeling dissatisfied with certain parts of your life and would like a change.
